Valleon Fitness offers tailored programs and training designed specifically for your goals. As well as a one-to-one service and a personal workout plan, all customers receive a free initial consultation, nutritional support, and free access to ‘Fitcamp’ outdoor exercise classes.

Group training can be an economical alternative to one-to-one personal training. You get all the benefits of one-to-one training, but at a reduced cost. Group sizes can be between 2 and 4 people.
